There is a cascade of ribbon bunching in the front of the hat with feathers underneath. The hat had two loops one on each side for elastic or bobby pins. This hat can rest on a person's head, but may need to be tied down. This hat is made when ordered. The basic ribbon is black, but other colors are available (green, white, purple & red) and different types of feathers Ostrich (red pink black), Peacock (natural).
